Needed an emergency birthday cake on 10 minutes notice. They even offered to customize it on the spot with a beautiful chocolate scroll with the birthday girl's name. On top of all that, the cake was Delicious! They totally delivered and I will be going back to try lots of other scrumptious looking things!

Treat yourself to this amazing bakery! Everything I have tried so far is superb. The mango cake is truly something you will remember forever. It is so light and creamy and fresh (she uses fresh mangoes) with the perfect amount of sweetness. The croissant stuffed with cheese and topped with everything bagel topping was delicious light and flaky, and so flavorful. The chewy chocolate chip cookie was truly one of the best chocolate chip cookies I have ever had! Who knew a chocolate chip cookie could taste like that! The owner is a delight. So personable and happy - you can tell she takes pride in her bakery. I loved it there so much I bought a mug....something she tries to keep in stock, but they always sell out! No wonder, it's such a cute logo!

Came here in the morning for some pastries and they both were soo good & fresh! I got the pastries quickly & was able to beat the morning rush! The vibe in the shop was nice & clean I will definitely come back to try the almond croissant everything looked amazing!

I went here today with my friend. She's been coming here for many years. Today we stopped by because we went to the Legion of Honor to see the Mary Cassatt exhibit. We met the owner Elana who was awesome and I enjoyed the vibe. Now the baked goods... Oh my... we had the croissant with cream cheese filling. Topped with poppy seeds. Delicious and melt in your mouth croissant. Every type of baked goods looked beautiful and delicious. You will not be disappointed when in San Francisco. Bonappetit!

Great spot for morning coffee, was my first time and was given some very nice recommendations by the host. Quick service and a great selection of coffee, drinks and food. Staff is really friendly and helpful.. not a very big space for seating and can get crowded but I'd recommend this place to if you want to meet up with someone or just sit down with a book.

an absolute delight! Don't think I have disliked anything from this place but absolute fav is the Princess Cake. I've had princess cakes from Scandinavia and this place does it 100000% justice! Brava folks! Keep up the delicious work!

Fillmore Bakeshop is soooo lovely. The staff was kind, the energy was warm, and the variety of baked goods was impressive. There's a few little tables inside to enjoy your pastry and coffee, and it's just so pleasant and relaxed. My almond croissant was delicious, warm, and fluffy. Extremely high quality. I hope to come back the next time I'm in the city.

Really interesting pretzel rolls. The hit was the jalapeño popper pretzel which I will be coming back for. We initially came because I thought there were donuts but alas there were not. They do have a huge variety of croissants and pretzels and baked goods in between.

Let's put an asterisk next to this review. I only had 3 small items from this place but this place has sparked my sincere interest. I had this sugar cookie bar, oatmeal cream pie, and this churro square thing. They went 2/3. But those 2 were very good I tell ya. They had a plethora of options that I need to give a real chance too. Right on Fillmore I would assume this place should be earning a lot of foot traffic. No where to sit inside but I don't mind eating my pastries standing. We might have found a real gem here from the look of things. Stay tuned for a potential update. (4.3 Stars)

All I got was the almond croissant and look at all that almond paste!! ^^ The croissant had lots of buttery layers and lots of filling! The other pastries and cakes looked so good. If I lived in SF, I'd come here every day for breakfast. There's also a small seating area too next to a large window. Very quaint and cozy!
